Satin clearcoat does the same thing. You can have it sprayed onto you existing paint if you really like that look.

ordered the stuff so expensive haha nah it was like 800$ for as much as i think ill need.

Stuff isn't easy to do. I guess it's easier if you're not trying to line up graphics, but still not easy to do. You're gonna need a heat gun or torch, alcohol to remove all wax/contaminants, special primer to make the stretched out edges stay down.

I wouldn't call the expensive.....you can easily spend that much on a quality paint system between primer, sealer, base, and color depending on what color you go with (dammit red metallics are EXPENSIVE).

I'm still thinking about doing this to my S2 cab. I think I can get a whole roll for about $620, which is enough for at least 2, most likely 3 cars. Anyone interested in buying some off of me? Anyone feel like photoshopping a black S2 cab in flat black before I buy the material? I'd be installing it myself.

Yea. I work with this material all the time. I just want to practice a bit more before I offer my services to companies other than the ones I already work for. I figure this would be cool looking, and a good way to practice.

I think flat black would look sick on a 944 if done well.
