the mercedes supercharger would be awesome to use because it has an electric clutch on the pulley (like the AC compressor) so that when youre just cruising the supercharger isnt drawing any power off the engine. the plumbing on that would be easier especially if you mounted the supercharger perpendicular to the ground (like | not ---- ) and the intake could be routed to the stock fender location.

those are alot more expensive though but i say go for it if you have the money.

that is the supercharger off a C230 kompressor isnt it?

then it has a clutch. thats why the pulley is so big.

your 24 is already pretty much built lol what more do you want.

besides your compression is way high for a SC unless you have a massive IC or methanol or something

is the Jackson Racing charger from Miata a direct bolt-on?

i dont think it matters which model car it is, the supercharged 4/6 cylinders i think all have clutches that disengage below like 1500rpm to not lag

Less cheaper=$$$$$
The benz charger doesn't have a clutch. IIRC the older 230 Kompressors had a clutch 2.3ltr (m111 motor)
The later 1.8 ltr(m271) has a different set up. I think thats what our buddy here is showing us a picture of.
