Drifting
I am obviously biased towards Nelson Ledges but I add vote for that. None of the newer, nicer tracks like Mid-O, VIR or Bluegrass will have the same laid back feel as Nelson. Mid-Ohio is a phenomenal track but the ground are so big, and there were so many people from NASA their, it was missining something.
Also, latest word on the street is that the deal to buy Nelson fell through at the 11th hour. This is an unconfirmed rumor from a buddy who was there this past weekend to watch the 24 hour race.

Three Wheelin'
Travis,
This year was a blast! A wonderful track -- a very technical track -- a very HUMBLING track at that, but a wonderful driving experience nonetheless!
My only complaint is that the keg was a little far away from my tent -- that aside, everything was a hit! Many thanks, and much encouragement to take rise to the challenge for the 2009 Fest, should it strike your fancy!

Well, if we are trying to have a more private/intimate event for us, but wanted nicer facilities... There is BeaveRun north of Pittsburgh... Smaller but high quality track. They also have a huge "parking lot" for autcross and a carting facility there as well. Dunno about camping n'at, but I'm sure they can be accomodating.
