i'll have to ask the PCA- i thought they were going to let us run DE's on one of the tracks- the main track is like 4miles long and can be broken up into 2 separate tracks w/ over 27 configurations. Lifetime membership is only 100k! There is also alot of land nearby maybe we could camp offsight and have a track event up the street.... actually i believe the name of it is Bluegrass CountryClub or something...i'll search.

Here is another vote for Nelson Ledges. I love driving Mid-OH but I agree, the venue at Nelson seems to suit the Fest a lot better. Bluegrass would be awesome if they get it done. We are supposed to get some DE events there but this is of course if they finish....

I second Blue Grass... I'll take as many chances as I can to get on their tracks! Don't know if they will allow camping on site, though. If not, I'm sure there are some very nice campgrounds around that scenic area of northern Kentucky, though.

Blue Grass is booking track rentals for '09 now (www.drivebluegrass.com/contact/track_rental.html)

Also, we could consider going in with 10/10ths Motorsports sort of how Travis got us in with NASA this year (www.1010thsmotorsports.com). I believe they may have already booked a few weekends at Blue Grass.

Nelson Ledges would be much easier to put together than another Mid-Ohio or a VIR, etc.. It would be just us there which is a good thing I think?
I will give them a ring this week and see if the pricing / rules have changed from our previous years there since they have new owners.
We already have an invite to VIR in July and an invitation to return to Mid-Ohio in Aug. Let me dig up some info and put Nelson Ledges on the table for sure.
