you need some 6mm or less slip on spacers- check ebay. Washers are not cut evenly enough to make the wheel sit flush w/ the hub do not do that its just not good.

3mm should be plenty if you said it's barely rubbing. That will get rid of the rubbing and give you a little bit of clearance which is always good to have.

What are stock tire sizes for a 924? Are they indeed 205/55/15 on front?

Either way, the car looks good. One of few 924's I find to be a nice car. The black is clean, and the bright wheels give it some pop. Not a bad combination!

I don't think that 205/55/15 are the stock tires, I believe there smaller. And thank you!

Rims look great! Definitely don't get washers - most of the force from the wheel to the hub is actually transmitted from the friction of the wheel surface being pushed by lug nuts against the hub. Obviously, the studs do transfer some force, but just adding washers would put a tremendous shear moment on the wheel studs. I think that paragon has spacers in stock if you're having trouble finding some

Lookin good!

You seemed suprised so many people like them. Is it because normally nobody likes the sewer lids? haha

Haha, yep. Whenever there was a thread with sewer lids on 944's, or 924S', 99 percent said they were ugly, lol.

The sewer lids don't fit the lines of a 944 very well. I personally don't care much for them as they have too much surface area (hubcapish).

However I think the round indicators and thinner profile of the 924 makes them work. Put together with the cleanliness of a well cared for car like yours, and you will get compliments as you see, as that example looks good.

ps. next time have the Crest center caps point to your valve stems. Just one of those OCD things. :P

Woot! Thank you.

Valve stems? I thought I was supposed to point the bottom of the center cap crest to the wheel lock. I'll change it, lol.

point of cap to valve stem. spacers will be an even size all around, whereas washers are not exact, and you'll get a vibration at speed.
