Thanks Alan. One set was pretty far gone, no cords yet but close. I have ordered a new set of R888's from Phil's, he will mount them for me at the track. I figured I'd be safe in case it rains.

Have a hetero tentspace available -- girlfriend decided that a weekend with 90+ guys and 2 (if that) girls and cars would be a bit much, I know -- I don't get it either. My tent sleeps 4 comfortably, anyone's welcome so long as no one brings a sharpie in when I (inevitably) pass out.

Hokay. so I had an instant plan change. I'll still be there... but showing up a little later. I'll meet ya'll at the track on Friday. I'm leaving Denver thursday morning around 10, and blasting out there as quickly as I can.

We don't care about you, but what are your Dad's plans?

Andrew- save me some tent spot by yours. Plan right now is to leave from Columbia, Misery on Friday, EARLY. Pass through St. Louis at either the tail end of rush hour, or just after. it should just be a 9.5 hour drive if I stick to the speed limit (which we know probably won't happen... 30 MPG with cruise set at 90? can't afford not to)

Ohhhh.. the super sweet air horn?

That was the one and only way I could be as.... cool... as Rock at the fest without my car breaking. Here's to fixing my car before the fest!

no car yet, but as i say....I'M STILL FUNNNN

And i'll still be at the fest. too! I know a lot of youguys have called/text'd/pm'd me about where the hell that i've been, and i truly appreciate it. I had a very hard last couple of months with working very long shifts, trying (albeit unsucessfully) to find a 944turbo before the 'fest, and juggling family, friends, and the GF inbetween. Thankfully, i am done with my job, and just returned from a weeklong vaca up in northern mich....

SO I'm READY FOR THE 'FEST!! WOOT WOOT!

I'm planning on comming early, in the great pumpkin-truck full of the rest of my 944. (so confront me when i'm good and liquored up, and i'll give you a helluva deal on some good parts that you need).

I'm in for Poker, too.
