Default Will these wheels fit my 944?

Hi guys,

I stumbled across these wheels and I think they are pretty cool.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Porsc...em280191337388

Hopefully the link works.

It looks like the sizes are:
15x8 10.6 offset (front)
15x9 -2.1 offset (rear)

I'm not sure if the numbers after the e= in the photos are the offsets or not.

So will these fit my 83 944? I would have to switch the tires due to the aspect ratio right? The only problem is that it seems my tire selection is limited.

How much would it cost to have the centers refinished in black or something? My car is guards red but that looks like more of a magenta...

Thanks,

Alex

They're 205/50-15 and 225/50-15s, which is why they look small. The rears are overall 1 inch smaller in diameter than stock. That's the size I run in my track tires and it really has suprisingly little effect on my speedometer. Typically, 911 wheels will fit early 944s but I don't know if these specific ones will.

I love the car they're attached to.

BB.

Yeah me too. I have a feeling they will look great. Too bad they are only 15s. The low offset makes up for the small diameter though

I think H rated tires are the best you can get for 15's. Which is okay. But choices are limited. I just got a new set of yokahamas for my 88.

I assume those are the same wheels, just gold centers? The rear doesn't look as deep to me on your car Spencer. Are yours 7/8 f/r widths? What size tires are you running?
