Along Dan's line of reasoning, unplug them, make sure the plugs look clean, and plug 'em in. If you've got a voltmeter, test the sockets with the light switch on; do you get a reading?

Do the orange side/marker lights work when the headlights are on? After repairing the front valance the bodyshop switched the wiring for side/marker lights and the fogs on mine.
