foglights not working

Default foglights not working

both foglights in my 87 944 arent working. the fuse was good, and the bulbs looked fine. any ideas for how i should fix this?

It's not the grounds, each light has its own.

Have you tried turning them on? There is a switch next to the steering wheel that you have to flip...

i had that problem on a car once and turned out both were unplugged from the body- look under the valance and see if their plugged in.

Along Dan's line of reasoning, unplug them, make sure the plugs look clean, and plug 'em in. If you've got a voltmeter, test the sockets with the light switch on; do you get a reading?

Someone I know had the same problem, will not mention names, but when he turned off the high beams, the fogs worked again. I'm just sayin'.....

Do the orange side/marker lights work when the headlights are on? After repairing the front valance the bodyshop switched the wiring for side/marker lights and the fogs on mine.
