just bring it to a frame shop. I have had to do that to two cars that I've owned. Well, three, but I told them not worry about putting the beater's frame back to spec.

looks like one of your rear bumper shocks is pushed in. Those pieces that are bent are plastic just for that purpose. Just pull it back out.

I broke a bumper by just pulling on it to pull the shock out, snapped the aluminum mounting area right out of it. I would suggest taking off the rear bumper (2 bolts plus removing the painted rubber end caps) and remove the bumper shock which is 2 more bolts. Put the shock in a vise and use a large bladed screwdriver to twist out the pushed in end part. It is spring loaded, so spinning it allows it to pop out to the original length. Line it back up and reinstall it on the car.

Or just whack it with a rubber hammer and hope the shock pops out.

You just collapsed the bumper shock. Check the seams underneath and see if any are split. That'd be easiest.

The PO slammed into a trailer hitch with the car, hard. Had to rotate the bumper shocks 180 degrees as the bumper was pointing towards the ground about 20 degrees angle when I bought it. The degree of bend in the bumper was equal to that of the shocks, cancelled each other out, almost looks like nothing happened.

Just your bumper shocks are bent pull the bumper and get new shocks. Possibly new end caps if you can't straightn the old ons. if your frame was bent the doors wouldn't close right and they would be a dent in front of the rear wheel wells.
