Apparently that headlight conversion also comes with a conversion to take air directly into the airbox without a snorkel going to the fender.

Heh I was just saying that the airbox is there with no tube taking in fender air, instead of engine bay air, because the headlight is blocking it's path.

I'm sure I've seen back hatches like that somewhere, it'd be a neat thing to have, but then again, it also gives up a bit of cargo space I can't say I'd enjoy parting with... What prompts folks to DO this stuff??

The back hatch is Strosek, or an imitation.
I actually think the car looks really cool, except for the headlights. 924 CGT headlights would have been cooler.
