Default cobalt blue 944?

so i'm going to look at an s2 later this month. would've been this weekend but the guy has sent it off for paint (his original ad said it needed some paintwork, as it'd been vandalised). he says he's spraying it in the cobalt blue from the 911 turbo ( http://www.autoblog.it/uploads/porsc...rbo_uff_06.jpg on the left!). anybody seen this colour on a 944 before? got any photos? care to share?

cheers!

There's one running around that does drifting that has a cobalt 944. It's one of the most gorgeous colors Porsche ever made...

I've got a couple pictures of Blue S2's Cobalt Blue S2 at home. It's a beautiful car.

ooooh, pretty. i hope this guy doesn't jack the price too much after it's been painted. he was asking EUR 5950 before paint (he'll take a trade against my current car though, should get 4k for it). i was thinking i might get him down to 5250 or so (again, before paint). we'll see!

Cobalt wasn't an optional color even till the late 80's/early 90's. When my dad bought my 944, they had a 90 (I believe) 911 turbo in Cobalt in the showroom and it was amazing.... $110,000

I'd so buy a 944 that color, my old 528 was similar.
