Pete, I'm telling my friends, but sadly, they have as much money as I do...$0.00
I also tried convincing a beautiful young lady to buy it, and she instantly says, "HOLY CRAP! LOOK AT THE MILEAGE!" at which I convinced her it didn't matter cuz you loved the car....
Then she said, "Well, I want a truck." to which I replied "Why? Porsches are better." and she's like "I need to carry 5 friends and their luggage about 200 miles once a month..."
and I was like ,"Oh...nevermind"

It better go to someone on here! Ide truly hate to see that car fall into undeserving hands. I think we need a sticky thread made on ALL the boards, so ALL OF RENNLIST can see this. Not just the 944 section.

Pete, I am also sorry to see the car go, but I look at it as a "karma" thing. You made something beautiful out of something that wasn't quite so, and now you are releasing it to go share what it has become with someone else. What you are doing WILL find its way back to you, and hopefully in something even better the second time around. Remember the experiences and fun you had with this one, and look to the future. Life is a circle.
In the meantime, count me in if I can help you out in any way. I'd buy your car, but I am already on wife #3 and don't want to push my luck... lol
