Well, I towed it home because it leaked coolant. The seller was unbelieveably nice and used his AAA.

I can't read completely what Dilberto wrote, only what Matt quoted, because for some reason whatever he typed doesn't show up on my computer screen.

Here Matt, this may assist you in future responses to any future commentary that Dilberto may make:

Seems to be a nice 951 in the bay area w/ 83K and will sell to the best offer, If you have $2k ready, maybe, . . . just maybe, . . .

Oh, and it's RED too

The other advantage you have is a steady supply of parts to make the necessary repairs. That looks like a really light hit - if you have the right parts, it's a matter of replacing parts and paint.

One on my best pics this year was all of your 944's lined up on the street - which reminds me, I need to get those pictures on CD or put them on-line somewhere.

Thx Matt, I was fortunate to get that car and I didn't fix anything before I sold it. Basically bought about 5 early n/a cars needing work with the money so now I am up to 8 n/a cars and 2 951s right now. All of them run except the one needing a tranny and my own daily driver (murphy's law hold true again).

I call BS

No it isnt. The phrase, even a blind squirrel finds a nut once applies.
Sometimes I wonder...are you here to simply disagree with everyone or post your comments?

Do your 9k posts make you infallible?

For Chrissakes...I fixed the oil and coolant leaks myself. The DME relay alleviated the start and running problems, period.

Since you are on my ignore list, dilberto, I would not have read this had Matt not quoted it:

Yeah, Tifo and Matt H. seem to smell BS all the time because its sitting on their upper lips.
Let me clue you in on a little something here. You lost all credibility with me, and many others, a long time ago with that 220hp N/A crap. Then, instead of being a man, and owning up to your "exaggerations", the car misteriously blew up and vanished. What? Huh? RUF made 15 944 RUF cars? What? Huh? I emailed Ruf as a follow up, just to make certain that I wasn't wrong (because if I was, I would have given you the props you deserved). Guess what? RUF SAID THAT THEY NEVER PRODUCED, NOR EXPERIMENTED WITH, THE 944 SERIES OF CARS IN RUF FORM.

All you need to do here is to stop spewing falsehoods, and then maybe others would get along with you a little better.

I can't help it if I call BS when I hear/read it. If it offends you that people call you out on your BS, then you could do something about it:

STOP MAKING UP STUFF.

Take the high road, ok?
