Yes, this is the new project. The PO had the top remade in the light grey cloth and recovered the seats. The grey is a cloth like alcantera with black leather. I like them a lot. 12 way power is nice.

MHR, I like black but I'm thinking the white with the pewter wheels and black splitter from my old car are going to look incredible.
I may have to go with the flares like this white coupe has to get the wheels to fit. I will most likely blend them in more like the car with the flares painted blue. I know the flares will change the whole character of the car but I'm kinda liking it. With the power of the turbo motor that is going in it, I am ok with it looking more mean than classy.

Looks like we are on the same page. Mine is black, 'want to install the flares but non riveted. Going to leave the stock front on though, lower ride height and install a modest splitter. Are you aware of another cab with flares? My body is on the rough side so i'm fine going aggressive, and cover some of the blemmishes. I'm entertaining wrapping it once finished. Very impressive with the turbo motor. I'm looking at supercharger options, or also installing a built turbo motor. How long til the parts go on?

I plan to use the factory front bumper cover. I've got a friend who does plastic fabrication work for a living. We are going to weld in some plastic to cover the front side marker covers and repaint the whole front bumper cover before we install the flares.

I have never seen another cab with flares.
I've got the turbo motor so I might as well put it to good use. OTOH, the idea of using the 3L that is currently in the car as a starting point for a new turbo build is drawing me like a moth to a flame.
16 valves, 3 liters, turbo, OH YEAH!!!!

I was hoping to do this fairly soon but I've got a really big health insurance deductible so I've got to replenish some funds. Plus I need to save up more than originally planned since I offended Jeremy Himsel and now I've got to pay for his help in his awesome garage. That is assuming he has not banned me from the place completely.

Dude if I get on boost even slightly when turning, my car goes into a powerslide, so can only think your boost monster is going to be spending a fair bit of time sideways
