    Hello,
I was reading in a thread that you have experience with converting an S2 Cab top to manual operation. I am in the process of doing the same thing to mine. Can you please share the info with me that you offered to another Rennlister? It would be very much appreciated!

    Cheers,

    Jim

    Hi mhr,

as one of the forum admins I hope you can help me with my problem: At the moment my account is somehow limited. I would be very nice, if you could change the status of my account so that I can take part in the forum activities...

Thanks in advance and greetings from Germany

    Hello mhr,

I have a question that maybe you can give advice on. A couple of years ago I removed the cluster that contains the gauges on my 1991 944s2 coupe to replace a bad plastic odometer gear and also replace the bulbs with slightly higher watt rating for more illumination. I didn't need to remove the steering wheel. When I completed the work I put it all back together and noticed the airbag, seat belt and main red light on top of cluster to stay on. When I start the car they will come on and then turn off for a second then come back on full time. I tried having it reset by 2 different Bosch Hammer laptops and they both gave the same result. There were not able to turn light off, they said there was perhaps a problem with the airbag system and I thought it would be very costly for them to troubleshoot the system. Any ideas what it could be? Thanks, Ozzie
