Great looking car but I just can not imagine that ever being comfortable. Do you look at left hand cars the same way or can you drive both ways?

Well cheap compared to what I was used to back in Australia, maybe not so impressive for US prices. That was 2008. With the exchange rate at the time it was about $4500 USD which I think was good for a 1990 S2 with two owners, original log books and a genuine 118,000km (73,000 miles). M030 suspension, unmarked interior, good leather and a tricky gps/mp3 super duper reverse camera multi speaker stereo thingy. It even still had the original little Porsche spare fuse and light bulb container in the glovebox untouched. All the little factory delivery stickers under the bonnet and on the chassis etc

None of it was of much interest to me at the time and most of it went in the dumpster...

Take it from someone who travels back and forth from Oz to Dubai half a dozen times a year, you get used to driving on either side of the car. The biggest problem I always have is reprogramming my brain to use the indicator stalk on the correct side every time I swap countries. I spend a lot of time with the wipers on.....

Awesome deal.... Simply awesome. That would have been a great buy anywhere on the globe.

Thanks Absolutely love your car... the picture of it in the pits is simply awesome. I took this photo with my new (to me) film SLR, hence the old school feel!

Thanks Justin - this was taken in Kangaroo Valley NSW. The Valley & Macquarie Pass (nearby) are the best roads in NSW in my opinion - make sure to check them out if you are ever in Sydney with your 944!

Cyberpunky - Nice car you have there too. Hard to beat a red 952. Besides they go faster right
Cheers Justin. I hear that a lot so it must be true lol and the guy in white V8 commodore certainly found out it's true tonite. He thought he was in with a chance till I hit boost in 2nd

rgs I only ever get to have ****er on other side in arcade racing sims and you adjust very quickly. I sell cars so am always jumping in cars with indicators on other side, so I see a bit of wiper action too Dubai lol. I am getting better but after 14 months of only driving the Porsche I was shocking at first

Your car looks great!

Is your car widened and dropped or just dropped. What suspension pieces did you install to get that look?

Car looks awsome with that stance. I know its lowered, but is it extra low with all your stuff in the back? On a road trip?

Thanks , still lots of little things to do on it though.
Like Scott sais it's lowered and yes it's extra low because of all the stuff inside , vans seem useless when you have a 944.
It's lowered only by the excentric bolts in the back although i enlarged the excentric holes for a little more travel. In the front i have some lowering springs , it's about 20mm lower allround when empty. I have a Leda coilover kit but still to be installed. It's not widened ,i have too much negative camber in the back and with the winter wheels looks like that.
As low as in the photos it's too low for a daily driver like mine,i've scraped the exhaust several times during the road trip and when i got to London the muffler broke off from the center box backwards.Drove around a week without it
