The 944 is a car of a lifetime, but to answer the elusive question.... "The 968 is the best looking 944 of all time".

I disagree. I think the 968 looks too straight and boring from some angles. The 944 has a sexier 'hip' shape / angle. From side on the 968 has those ugly rocker panels. Some angles it looks great but only really the RS version gets my attention over a nice 944.

Just realized I never put my car in this gallery. May she rest in peace after a control arm failure.

Ghost, is your car turbo'd or something different. I noticed a-pillar gauges and the vented nose.
haha, sorry to reply 5 pages late! It started out as an 85.2 n/a. There's a Chevy v8 under the hood, and the A-pillar has Oil and Water temp gauges. Nose vent also helps with additional airflow to the radiator as well as "ram/cold AI"

I plan on replacing the factory guage cluster with aftermaket Stewart Warner gauges later. They look very similar to the stock VDO gauges.

I notice that more Canadians use the forum in winter!

I think the best looking 944 is the euro NA, without fog lights. I'm attaching a picture, but the red one isn't mine.

The silver car is my new 951, which I finally got around to picking up, yesterday. I'm going to need to do some body work, and I think I'll delete the side markers then. I even have a spare euro rear bumper for it!

The white car is my 944S.
