Oh my, this is definitely an old thread! I posted in the previous page, almost 3 years ago! And my car has changed so much since then. Here is one picture of how it looks now... along with a picture of my 951 which I bought last year.

Elliot, what tire sizes are you running on what width wheels?

My last post was indeed 3 years ago, as well. Here is a photo shortly before I began tearing into it to add a ton of new things:

Darwin,
The red car is on 15x8 with 225/45 up front, and 15x10 with 225/50 in the rear. (except not in that picture above..)

The 951 is on 17x7.5 with 205/45 up front, and 17x9 with 215/45 rears. I like the stretched stance (and getting squirrely too)

I am jealous of your rear euro bumper!! And, is that what appears to be a Mk2 Jetta? Looks like the badge says GLI but maybe it does say GTI.. I worked as crew member on an old Mk2 Jetta / Mk1 Scirocco race team for about a year. I love those old VW's, so simple to work on and lots of fun to drive!

The stretched look always makes me nervous...

Yes, it's an A2 '91 Jetta GLI. My father converted it to the quad light grill. It has the 2.0L 16V and is a blast to drive. Our stable is nothing but German...
