MOST.FUN.EVER
Thanks for planning it and whatnot. It was awesome. The car runs so much better now that it has finally had a chance to stretch its legs.
Who all went to the 997 launch? I wanted to go, but my dad wasn't up for vancouver traffic. Any CGT's?

Travis, Thanks a bunch for getting the whole thing setup! The ticket issuer at the tram said "your quite the negotiator".........Ya did real good!
I had a good time. Trying to keep up with all those turbos, and Ken's black 928 biting me in the rear, gave me a pretty good opportunity to run my na thru its paces. You might be right Rich, I might not sell the na soon.....but yes, a 951 would fit the bill alright. Though, I've got to admit, those 928's looked mighty awesome!

1. NUT the Negotiator
2. 997 / 997S launch included a CGT that the owner fired up a few times - nearly blew out the huge showroom windows with that bark!
3. 997 and 997 S are extremely inviting... hmmm
4. Hells Gate is on the mighty Fraser River in BC http://www.hellsgateairtram.com/

and here's an odd bit of trivia on the Hells Gate aerial tram:
AUXILIARY DRIVE:
Type Porche / VW
Max Output 42 HP
Speed 3000 RPM
Max. Travelling Speed 1.5m/sec
