Oh man, it was so much fun. I am still grinning ear to ear. My dad is hooked on your wheels. He was looking around for some lastnight/this morning. I think before wheels, we should make the car look really clean. AIR splitter maybe. The nose might need to be repainted, there are about a million rock chips the bra covered. Ian also said he is selling a set of tires. I haven't researched them yet, but we mihgt jump on that.

What an awesome trip!!! I had such a blast, and my girlfriend did too...Unfortunately I missed out on the breakfast at Hell's Gate, I stayed behind to help out the cowboy who fell off his horse...happened right in front of me, I couldn't believe my eyes!! But it couldn't of happened at a better time! I called BCAA so it didnt cost to tow it, plus you got like 22 P-car nuts with garages full of parts looking to help him out...and plus no one got hurt!
Hopefully Henry can assess the damage, and it's not too severe after all...
We still had fun, event though it rained alot!!! My girlfriend and I took lots of pics, I will be sure to post them very soon!
Thanks again Travis, and everyone else! (And to the 928 guy who came all the way from Alaska!!)

Had to test the LBE The turbo SCREAMS at high rpm with it installed

I pulled in for gas, took like 5mins to tank up, then another 20 or 30 to catch up to everyone, doing 100MPH+ whenever I got a chance!

I nailed a pothole at just under 100MPH, I think I bent the rim

His car is at 944S2NUTs house right now getting worked on. Looks like he should be able to drive it home today.

Yes my mom, donated the control arm from her 1984 944 so we could get Mark underway. It is going to me a long trip back to alberta. Good luck getting everything else cosmetically speaking back together. Remember Ebay is your friend.

My Mom the saviour sitting in her 84

Thanks to Brendan for using his BCAA for towing Marks car to Henry the 944 experts house!

IanM (mod '89 951)rode with me (88 951S) to Hope and then with Rage2 from Hope to Hells Gate so he should be able to shed some light on just how quick that car is. Rage2 had to dial back his boost as he filled up with a bad tank of gas on his way down from Kamloops the day before however.

Hmm that looks mighty familiar. I seem to recall seeing that same arrangement of needles in my car many times yesterday as well. Still can't believe how many times (and how many cars) topped out yesterday!
