If you want to participate, you HAVE to email me. I'll post everyone to the roster, and then EMAIL everyone with my IP when we race. ALSOm Please tell me what a convenient and NOT convenient time is for you to race, so I can kinda work out the timing for the sessions!

 

Great work, Rich! That site looks great! Although I had really wanted to participate, if it is limited to only 8 racers, I better not. It's not that I wouldn't love competing, but since I haven't played in over a year, I just don't think I would be that worthy of a competitor. If you are short of the 8 you need (I seriously doubt this will occur), you can definitely count me in!

 

It's for fun. I'm sure there will be others that are in your speed range. sign up!

 

BTW, even if you are slow, but you make it to every race, and get points, you might very well beat someone much faster who only comes to half the races!!!

Rich, I've installed some hacked cars. Can one still compete, just not use them?

If they did not overwrite or replace the 4 cars we are using for the tourney, then it should not be a problem.

HOWEVER, I would very much prefer that you temporarily uninstall the hacked cars for tourney games. Or if possible do a second install of PU if your first one is really hacked up.

If you don't make it in time, we'll setup a qualifying session for the last 1 or 2 spots!!!

 

I'm going to work now, I'll check my email in about 8 hours.

BTW don't be dissapointed if you email me really late.. someone might drop out of the tourney for example if their internet connection is really slow or if for whatever reason they can't connect..

so don't give up jsut because you didn't read this till really late!

I have a downloaded version...i know i had to change my directory before i reformated so that i could install the 4 new cars. Whats the location of the installed files supposed to be?
