I just read this whole thread now. (good late night activity) I don't have much to say about what happened that hasn't been said, but I was surprised to find a post of my own. Not only was it my own, it was quite annoying. I must have been drunk or something, I don't remember reading this thread, or writing this:

Dunno...Anderson sent it that way, when my wrench questioned it I called John, he said it was fine and not to worry about it. After some discussion, John said to have it reconditioned and send him the bill, he'd take care of it.

Julie, I'd like to see that. Are you parting it, or helping someone else.
BTW Dave, after reading both this thread, and john A's departure thread, I really strongly support you. His customer service skills aren't good, and as I may have been a future customer, no longer. I hope you can somewhat resolve this.
