Seriously though, it might take awhile to find one. I spent a little over a year before I found mine. There's a way to search Craigslist nationally using Google Advanced search though, that's how I found mine. It helps a lot if you're willing to travel. Get into a Google search window and enter something like <your search terms> site:craigslist.org, for example:

Part of the reason my search took so long is I was looking for a coupe and believe it or not the cabs are a lot more common. I was also looking for white if I could find it but I'd have taken other colors depending on the condition of the car.
Actually, I found this one while I was testing the instructions above. For the price it looks pretty darned good. I can only assume the suspension upgrades are the ones in the picture, if so and the car is in good running condition, it could be a steal.
EDIT: Never mind. I just noticed the ad was five years old. There's a way to filter out old ads with Google Advanced too, you'll have to look it up though.
$5,000A beautifully re-done vehicle. New leather upholstery and dashboard. New paint; new carpeting; re-fit air conditioning. The 3 liter, 208 hp engine runs great. Water pump with all front pulleys replaced last summer. This vehicle had a CA salvaged vehicle title when I acquired it over 15 years ago. Needs numerous small tweaks - new tach, door handle adjustments, etc.

What can be done with it?
What is a part out S2 worth?
A much better question would be "What do you want to do with it?"
From the pictures, it looks way too nice to turn into a track rat, you want a car with a not so great interior for the track since eventually you'll tear most of it out anyway. My guess is those seats alone are worth $1400. The dash is pretty valuable too if it's been done right.
Unless it doesn't run at all, I doubt you could go wrong with it. I'd get the story on the salvage title though, that could be real important. You want to make sure the frame is strait.

I'd love to see pictures of this one. Other than the mileage (mine's just under 100K) it's my car when I bought it. Love the color scheme.
