Martin,
How ironic that someone with your talent has no garage. I wish you were my neighbor, I'd lend you mine just so I could watch you work. I have much more space and much less knowledge/skill !
Thanks for all your posts. Very entertaining, and I'm learning alot.
Keep up the great work.

Hey Martin, I'm a 964 guy but this thread is amazing! I love the methodical way you've gone about the transformation, always with your goal in mind. I really respect someone who's taken enough time to practice, and had enough experience to become so good at what they do. Also, as a pilot I really appreciate your work outside of your 914! Keep the posts rolling!

Hi Martin:

DAMN nice work, sir. My compliments to "The Chef".

BTW, Stern is a helluva lot better looking than you are,... (my apologies to Alison)

I'm VERY pleased to hear of the career change; working normal hours and getting a steady paycheck are both very good things, indeed.

(I have no first-hand knowledge of either one so consider the source)

You & your work ethic will be one hell of an asset to that company and I hope they appreciate what they are getting. Now, you can focus on completing your car.

Going to get Eric Shea to do a complete set of trailing arms for me
Waiting with "bait" breath

Nice looking wife. Nice looking dog. Nice looking car... you must have lots-o-money

Looking good Martin! I like the 74 too...

I finally got my drivers fender on. My "Martin Cap" looks stunning (but you know that already). I'll try to post some pics. This is my first trip back here in a while let's see if I can do it. Don't want to steal your thread though...

Keep up the great work my friend!!

Yeah... I'm afraid I'll need turn signals from you as well. Keep in touch and keep plugging away at the GT. If they need a Sales Manager over there let me know. I'll pack up the bus and head to Cowville

Eric would be inundated with brake rebuild orders if he lived in the heart of 914 world. He would not have time to have a job...

Where would that be? Shipping is only $7.70. That's cheaper than gas around the block. LOL

Martin, did you get me a job yet?? A couple of GT heads like us would never make it in to work! LOL

Talk to me about reflective paint. I'm doing a couple fog lights right now, would it work for those (inside reflector)?

Martin, good news on the job. Hope that goes well for you.

Is that red car the one I showed you in Napa several months ago? Looks nice.
