Dude, look at your life from our point of view. You have mad skills, an awesome car, a great shop, an infectious smile and personality, and a smokin' hot wife who looks, awkwardly, right at home in your shop .....and a smokin' hot wife. Otherwise rational men would kill to have your life.

No problem. My wife assures me that my car is actually her car. She did plop down the cash for it ten years ago so I can hardly argue with her over it. I had the 40th birthday, the new pacemaker, got the vasectomy, and had the mid-life crisis, but she earned and handed over the cash, so it's hers.

Well this week has been interesting. I thought I would add another challenge into the mix and try to learn how to sew. I bought myself an old industrial sewing machine and my first project was to make a headliner for the car, then install it. I am pretty happy with the results, particularly as I have never used a sewing machine before.

Extremely entertaining...thanks for taking us along for the ride. As an old hot rodder ('40 Plymouth and a '31 A-V8 coupe in the garage) I dig your style - you're getting your money's worth out of that angle grinder!

Last weeks efforts of putting the headliner in didn't go too well in the end and half of it started coming away as I didn't ahve enough clips. So this week I gave it another go and it looks much better. Then I played with my washer bottle and shoved some seats in the car.
