What's Your Current List of "Little Things" To Do?

I don't know why-a utility knife and a torch work well at removal. The ER polybronze are a breeze to install, and their design is superior to stock rubber, IMO. Even for a street car, such an upgrade will offer a superior ride quality to 20+ year old stock bushings.

I am not going to sink the $$$ into the ER poly-bronze... I have read a ton of stuff regarding the Poly-graphite (aka crap) a ton of stuff even from Chuck about the fit issues with the differant "standard" sized shafts, the "crush" of the clamshells, and all the other things that sound like a real PITA...I just installed the rear Welmeister Poly-Graphite and assure you they are crap! Even after reworking them the fit is horrible and I will most likely end up replacing them at some point - Had I not just gone down that path on the rear I might be more open minded to tackling the fronts, as it is.... I dont think so...

Ed (ivangene), I get the infamous torsion bar squeak so I'm due for bushings as things have settled.
I need to open up the front end and see whats happening. I suspect that turbo tie rods and an alignment will soon follow...... WYAIT!!!!!
I need to let my wallet recover from the clutch/trans rebuild/engine sealing that I just finished.

This has been a great year for my car, not as good for my wallet, but hey it's only money right?
Still left to do:
1. New radio and speakers
2. Roll bar
3. Replace some weather stripping in the door
Here's what I've done in the last year:
1. Replaced shifter bushings and ball socket...so smooth now
2. Replaced throttle bushings, repaired non-fully opening driver heater vent
3. Recovered steering wheel and found an original horn pad with "Porsche" lettering
4. Clutch change
5. Rebuilt engine due to two broken head studs discovered during clutch change/valve adjustment...replaced cylinders and pistons and lots of other stuff...much reduced vibration level and stronger engine....clutch action warm butter smooth...
6. Replaced engine sound pad, replaced all fuel lines and several oil lines, new alternator, axle seals, new left rear sway bar link, and oil change and gearbox flush
7. Rennline fire extinguisher and mount installed
8. Upgraded (in my opinion) to Euro tail lenses
9. Installed oil cooler foam seal that was missing and replaced the two short oil cooler lines in right front wheel well.
10. New cruise control cable...old one failed and jammed while driving keeping the engine at 4000RPM with my foot off the pedal...that was fun
11. Replaced windshield seal...stopped leaking into cabin
12. Discovered a small rust hole under the car by the battery. Tore into it and found rust in the front luggage compartment pan. Replaced front pan...installed Rennline red tow hooks while it was apart. Wished I would have caught that earlier...it is true that if you see rust it is just the tip of the iceberg and that is true.
13. And finally, and most importantly...spent $10 to change the two black plastic jack plug covers on the sides of the car. Looks great
Can I get off the merry go round?
But seriously, I have an awesome 911 convertible that performs incredibly well and doesn't leak. Every single accessory and component works perfectly and I have a completely working HVAC system that pumps the heat out in the winter and keeps me ice cold in the summer. Can I get an Amen?

Car had:
Upgraded torsion bars
turbo tie rods
SSI's
pop off valve
upgraded tensioners
Since picking car up in 2009 from aunt: ( did all work on the car except rust repair & paint)
fuel filter
SS brake lines & ATB Blue fluid ( 3 lines, one is stubborn)
new clutch cable, helper spring
rebuilt pedal cluster with ERP poly bushings
Yokohama Advan Neova AD08 tires 205/55 16 front, 225/50 16 rear
Replaced reverse switch ( still doesn't work)
Paid too much to have a shop fix battery frunk rust and passenger kicker rust, strip and respray for bumper, hood, front fenders, roof. Windshield and rear windows out. (Paid too much cause rust is coming back. Going to take it into shop to chat with them about it since it's been less than a year)
Upgraded steering wheel bushing
ER polybronze front and rear bushings
ER adjustable spring plate
Bilstein HD front, Sport rear shocks
to do, in no particular order:
Adjust valves/ oil change/ oil sump cleaning ( starting to track down/ eliminate oil leaks, currently go through about 1 qt every 400 miles, but I suspect a lot of that has to do with leaking. Leakdown done last year had ~2-3 % loss on each cylinder)
new battery, optima 75/25 redtop
ignition tune-up/ refresh
H4 Headlights/ relay kit
check/ rebuild all brake calipers, new pads and rotors. Replace frozen hardline so I can install SS flexible line in the rear.
figure out why water is leaking into driver and pass area, drips from dash. Not windshield because just replaced rubber.
New stereo/ speakers and clean up wiring
Recharge A/C, get it working if it doesn't (used to)
New heater cables, flapper boxes, hoses.
Make sure getting WOT
Monty dual in/ out muffler
New seats( recaro) vs recover originals
Down the road things:
Transmission 1st gear syncro+ while you're in there...
engine rebuild/ upgrade? depends on oil leak tracking success...
strip car, fix rust, seal & repaint... minor but there, so probably in other spots. Darn NY for using salt!
CF parts?

Just a quick note. ERP is a completely different company that Elephant Racing, ofter referred to as ER in Porschland. ERP is the initials of Eisenlohr Racing Products, who also offer performance parts for 911's. I assume, since you mention Polybronze, you refer to Elephant Racing, not ERP. This is only to keep it straight for people who may search any of these terms.
