I got it this afternoon! So far so good! Tomorrow a 500km drive to Switzerland.
Just one question for others who have this car, there are two little hinged flaps, one on each side of the car just ahead of the air intakes, they don/t need to be used to put the top up, as far as I can tell. Does anyone know what they are for? I'm guessing to pick up crap people accidentally drop in it, but I don't know, any ideas.
ps. not a great photo.... the car is Guards Red, not orange.
I think those are just left over regular spyder flaps they didn't bother to design out. This car was allowed MINIMUM update cost. That much is obvious.

I don’t understand the question about “two little hinged flaps”. Can you be more specific?
I assume you received the OM, it’s a pretty good reference.

I think he's referring to the two flaps you pop up, when lifting the top, on the GT spyder. Those pieces are now fixed in place on your car (I presume).

It’s the reference “just ahead of the intakes…” that’s throwing me

they are not fixed on the Spyder RS but your explanation makes a lot of sense.

No I didn’t. When I get back home I will.[/QUOTE]
Thats my plan as well, any regrets with that?
Did you incur any damage to the front or somewhere from scratches or stone chips?
