What’s a decent guess on the next round of allocations? February?

Depends on which speculation you believe.
Allocations already distributed for the entire MY24 run or through the end of CY 24.
Given the build dates already posted, it’s certainly logical MY24 is complete. If that’s the case then probably May’ish for the first bunch of MY25 builds.
I’m guessing 500 or so hit it the first US drop.

My backup dealer has 2 MY 2025 allocations…but they didn’t get a single 2024 allocation.

I think you're the only one right on the allocations. They have only allotted allocations for the 1st quarter of 2024. They do it quarterly. The ADM will drop on these cars. No reason to offer over MSRP even on these special cars. I bought two very special new Porsches this year, one at MSRP and the other 5% under MSRP (no, not GT/RS cars but very close). People are getting these at MSRP. Some dealers will always ask for an ADM on these but more and more will not. Those willing to fork over huge ADMs are the only reason for why dealers are still asking ADMs, but that initial demand will wear off. Used car prices on GT cars are dropping fast and the RS will be no exception. BTW, my dealer said they are getting 2 allocations every quarter.

I hope you are right!! So far I have emailed about 75 dealers across the US and only about 7 responded, 1 called. 3 said they will keep me in mind. This was about a week ago. Since I don't have a trade, I made an offer of watch, warranty add ons, etc instead of adm. My strongest bet is obviously where I got my gt4 from at msrp (my first Porsche) and I know the GM. But I wanted to reach out to a lot of people to increase my odds.

Seeing allocation questions in other threads thought I'd bump this one up

Seems like Canadian dealers got them this week for Q2 production slots.

If you are willing to do euro delivery then offer that. The dealers get an extra allocation for every euro delivery. Not for a GT car necessarily but another one. I confirmed with two dealers and sealed my allocation be offering this. They had declined my 4RS offer and then when I came back and offered euro delivery they accepted the same offer and acknowledged that they get an allocation and therefore this was attractive to them.

My 'allocation' arrived yesteday
First (made-to-order) delivery by that OPC
They also just had a ruby one in as well
Anyway, in the meantime 200kms driven, mainly highway.
Car is still in a some kind of 'protective' modus, so not full blast yet
I must say that it is very comfortable at cruising speeds
Weather protector shields the car much better than in the 987 Spyder
Roof however, seems a bit more complicated (it might be I need more time to get used to it)
Access to trunk is restricted compared to the 987 (more like current Spyder?)
Tonight I drop the car at my detailler who will give it a protective / ceramic coating, so no more driving this weekend
