Oh yeah…PTS. Lol So a $125k - $130k MSRP 2021 car with 7k'ish miles for $141k? Does seem like a reasonable deal, if you don't mind the PTS adder. Do we have much data on spyders with 5k+ on the clock, for resale, though? Seems like most are flipped early.
I am tempted by this car. My hesitation is that I can go get an allocation for $20k over, and pay about $135 for a new 2023 with zero miles on it (my ideal build is about $115k). It wouldn’t be PTS of course. Is PTS worth the trade off of a two model year newer car with 0 miles on it?

Only you can know that. I would add, a HUGE incentive for this car is you get it now, not at some TBD point in the future. I waited 10 months, for reference.

If the spec isn’t missing anything you gotta have (and you can live with buckets), I’d say buy it and don’t look back.

Is it a keeper, or will get traded in the next few years?

The spec is not missing anything that would be a deal killer, and I had LWB’s in my GT4 and they were fine, although I don’t have them in my ideal build (doing less tracking these days, hence the switch from GT4 to Spyder). However, I have never contemplated doing PTS as I could never swallow the $12k. It’s not like you are getting the PTS for free here - you are paying every penny of it plus another $15k.

Not sure if its a keeper on not. I always say they will be, but I get tempted by the next one.

If California had trade-in tax benefits and the car had PCCB’s and regular seats I would have jumped on this car. It looks stunning! PTS always holds value better than regular spec, and this color specifically looks so classy

The price does not seem bad considering PTS by itself is $12k

If this car had PCCB's it would be priced at 150k+ even with the miles due to the PTS though...

Buckets and PCCB cost about the same though (buckets are $6k, PCCB are $8k). If the car had no buckets but PCCB instead do you think that would have added more value?

Considering the high MSRP, the price you paid is not bad. Congrats on the new car!

Beautiful car. Congrats. Fifteen over is fine. CPO?

I would love to see how you get the build price up that high. Lots of carbon fiber or custom tailoring?

Thanks! Considering I just decided 10 days ago to sell my '21 Corvette C8 and replace it with a Spyder, I think $15K extra to pay for get-it-now is worth it not to have to wait for an allocation.

The $140 MSRP is mainly due to PCCBs, LWBS, leather everything + lots of interior options.

My MSRP was 131.9 with PCCB and 18 way and no Burmester or nav.

And I also sold a 2021 C8, as you know.
