Oh well I guess. Having the PCM nav will be helpful for long touring trips, I can leave that running and use the phone nave to re-route to detours and similar.

I *think* you have to use MIB to enable using CarPlay nav + PCM nav though. Running one cancels the other.

There is an option in the more recent MIB to enable both car and phone nav at the same time, they no longer have to cancel the other out. This is why I was wondering if it would work somehow, they are already aware of each other.

The issue is the video signal thru the LVDS cable. It does not project your PCM screen only the MAP to the cluster

Does anyone know how to code a 911 to open the soft top with the key fob, or has it worked?
The 4th button on my key fob is restricted, and if I unlock it by coding, I can open the soft top like a European 991.2 . I guess.

My 991.2 gts cabriolet is blocked from opening the soft top with the key fob, so I tried the above coding method and it didn't work.

Oh, I see, the comfort feature with the key fob only allows us to select either the windows or the convertible top. Thanks for the info. I'll test it again tomorrow when it's light and report back.
and, like US, 4th button of 991.2 keyfob is blocked here,

So I played around with this setting briefly the other day.
I enabled the various tire modes, inputted custom TPMS profiles, and turned on the custom tire circumference setting.
Using a 25Hz GPS data logger and a ODBII speed sensor, I drove down the street between 40-50mph and observed that the GPS speed was between .5 and 1mph faster than the ODBII speed.
I then set the tire radius to the specific rollout of my front and rear tires, restarted the car, changed my tpms setting from Winter to Summer, and then back to Winter where my custom tire radius was set.
I observed that the GPS and ODBII reported speeds were unchanged, relative to each other.
Conclusion is that enabling custom rollout tire size does not affect speedometer output.
Perhaps there are other options, such as tire size, tire circumference in PIWIS, or the speedometer offset that will actually improve cluster speedometer accuracy.

Yeah I need to look at if the tire size in PIWIS is statically entered already, or if there is some additional software or a sensor that needs to be configured to care about the manually entered wheel rollout.
PSI would affect the size of the tire, but there must be a variance or tolerance that is inclusive of 5mm - 10mm, because 5mm is the lowest resolution you can change the tire size to. So assume 5mm +/- variance. The porsche Cup car manual talks about making sure tire size is within 6% of actual, so the variance can be quite large without retraining apparently (12.5cm for example)

Is there a way to turn off power steering plus? I have a friend that would like that turned off on his 2019 CGTS. I know the software can be purchased, so I figured if has to be done using the PIWIS. Thanks!
