Be still, my poor abused credit card........
Rick - what would we be looking at, total bill, to do this gearing as in the Tedward video - dropping a running car off to you, and getting a running car back?
And I think I saw earlier, but want to confirm - if, say, I wanted to have Goldcrest Motorsports do the work (since they will be local to me soon), is that an option?

Ok guys. I’ve finally had a chance to do some proper miles on the car, so I thought I’d post up some early feedback. I would say that my brother @FAhmed basically hit the nail on the head. The most overwhelming sensation in this car is the sense that it has tons of built up energy trying to be unleashed. The only car I’ve owned that felt like it had similar “tension” is the 458, and this car feels even more powerful still. It’s very difficult to describe. The difference in power and torque is almost comical compared to stock, or even my previous lightly modified configuration (M engineering tune, Soul race exhaust). The car feels like it wants to rocket forward in any gear and at any RPM. In gear acceleration surpasses 458 and my previous 991.2 GT3 by a significant margin. As a matter of fact, it was alarmingly close to a buddy’s 2021 GT500, and I haven’t even revved the car all the way out yet. If you like TORQUE, this is the path for you. Traction was also surprisingly good (ambient temp 70, dry conditions, Cup2)…but some of this may also be related to my overhauled suspension setup.
I could wax lyrical about the powertrain day in and day out, but I’ll give myself more miles and report back post break-in oil change. As for the rest of the car…the E-Motion suspension and Drexler differential have really changed how the car behaves overall. It just feels a much sharper instrument to me. I know I keep referring back to my former 458 but it honestly feels the closest comparison now. I previously owned a 991.2 GT3 and GT3RS, and neither hold a candle to this car in terms of experience. The 458 is the only car that comes even remotely close, and I think that’s really saying something.
I am happy to answer any specific questions people have about the car or it’s components, and look forward to reporting back further after many more miles.
Here are some of my terrible phone photos, with a bonus appearance by my colleagues recently acquired 992 GT3T.

More miles today. Getting the hang of this thing. Undoubtedly the most enjoyable car I’ve ever owned. It’s got torque oozing out of every orifice. And the downshift blips are the meanest I’ve ever heard.
