My understanding is that some other sales territories, the EU for example, have much stricter rules about what build dates belong to what specific "model year."
Yeah, the US rule is that the period of a particular model year must include the Jan 1st of the particular year and exclude Jan 1 of any other year.

So an MY23 car can be produced from Jan 2 ‘22 to Dec 31 ‘23.

Please they need EPA approval which is always a pleasurable experience I’m guessing.

I picked up this beauty a couple of weeks ago. Need to fill the garage with the last NA Porsches before EV takes over.

FYI...Porsche raised pricing on the 4RS (at least in NA). Go to the configurator and see how much your spec went up.

I'm just curious if anyone have a 2022 (V200/V250) status in the United States locked in with the orginal price or did Porsche modifed the pricing across the board?

my lock date is today 27 of April, when I checked last Thursday the lock date shifted from 25 to 27 of April, MY was still showing the same 2022 and the delivery still the same, only change back then was the lock in date. I will check again today with my SA, order from Saudi Arabia(V2000.

I don't care if the car will be delayed just hope prices still the same as 22 MY.

I was thinking oversea may have had 2022 builds. I recall people claimed they reached V200 here in the States months ago. If that was really the case, were those changed over to 2023 with the new pricing or all 2022 went to VIPs?

Some light at the end of the tunnel. Some early confirmations have been restored as 2023 orders and there are potential delivery dates before the end of the year.
