I think with the next drop of allocations, we'll be seeing ADMs in the $25k-$50k range.

I've been on the phone for a few weeks talking to dealers either people on here have connected me with or dealers in states i could register in, as i have homes in 3 states. Everyone seems to be at $50k for a changeable 2024 delivery. One was really eager to get my 991 RS and seemed willing to deal but i told them my lowest ADM was $20k, they haven't budged yet.
For me, i have a wonderful car that's so fast on track and I'm not willing to trade it and lose $40k between retail and trade in, plus out of pocket $50k in ADM. That's $90k gone before i even buy the car. I want a 4RS but not THAT much. A better plan (for me) is to keep my 3RS and build or buy a Deman car.

1. Speculators who are talking out of their *** and cannot produce a salesman/allocation at the price they quoted for someone to call in and get it.
2. They have a prior relationship with the dealer.
3. Dealer is middle of no where and will only offer that on a local car.

I drove a 991.2 3RS extensively when I swapped keys with a friend and then bought a 4RS. The 4RS is more raw than the 3RS and feels more special. 3RS feels more special than a 992 GT3 but does not feel more special than the 4RS. If you want the rawest Porsche in a long time, the 4RS is it. 4RS > 991.2 3RS > 991.2 GT3 > 992 GT3 from all the cars I've spent time in in terms of rawness/most fun to drive and not just pure speed.

"Special" is a really undefined term. I don't even know how i would define it.
My benchmark is how fun is it on track and backroads, both are pretty different scenarios. The 991 3RS has RWS and a better rear suspension setup which makes it easier to drive quickly and likely faster in most hands (on track) than the 4RS. Backroads though (or canyons to you west coasters) i'd think the 4RS is better, feels smaller and the noise wins out. I think everyone agrees that the 4RS wins in sound, likely best sounding modern Porsche..?
For me, though, I've never ordered a Porsche, owned 3 911s so far and i really want the experience but at the end of the day it's not worth the money and i'm not willing to give up this 3RS which is so amazing. I might just go another direction and order a 992.2 T when those come out and keep the 3RS and make it even more focused.

I ordered a 4RS because I want the best mid-engine Porsche, which it is. But I still (subjectively) think the 991.2 3RS is a better car across just about all dimensions. And it should be, given that the MSRP of the 3RS is significantly higher than the 4RS.
A few weeks ago, a pro driver drove my 3RS, my 992 GT3, and someone's 4RS on track. The 4RS had better tires and setup than the 911s, and was faster as a result. But he said the 3RS was the most fun to drive ("it's just better"), and said he would pick it every time.

Can you ask him for a screenshot of his allocation info? Not that I don't believe him but its early for Porsche to hand out MY25 allocations. Just want to make sure its not some dealer promise for an MY25 and he got confused.

Of the 43 V200-V900 (US) GT4 RS allocations I can see, all show in PVMS as MY24...
