GT4 RS Allocation Thread

Folks,
So Porsche will officially release the 718 GT4 RS next month. Have you heard anything from the dealers? I got a call yesterday, and the SA literally said "how much can you offer for a GT4 RS allocation? Currently we have an offer at 100k and another one at 80k." Thoughts?
Please share your stories and if you have an allocation.
Edit: the dealer hasn't received any allocation yet. They are just selling their first allocation in advance.

I am not playing the real estate game on cars. This is way beyond my affordability. Nonetheless, some people will buy it to be the first guy around the neighborhood. I am interested to see how much the average ADM on the GT4 RS is going to be compared to the 992 GT3.

Allocations are not out yet.......I'm on the list with no ADM but have several VIPs and Customers ahead of me as I got late into the list....but you know what, since I have the PDK GT4 I'm Ok if I can't get this one and probably try for a 992 GT3 later on. We will see.

Was told initial GT3 ADMs were being accepted at $50K by clients. Last couple have gone as high as $80K. Expectations within the dealer network are to the tune of $100K on the GT4RS.
Apple to Oranges are useless compares. The GT4RS sits alone. There is no comparison.

GT4 RS is the pinnacle of the 982 platform and sure it is special in the modern Porsche lineup. Its importance/specialness could reach to the level of the 997 gt3 rs, but not at the level of a 991 speedster or 997 gt3 rs 4.0 (limited edition Porsches).
On the other hand, we are shopping around and sure people are going to compare the GT4 RS to other cars in two factors: 1) similar functions, and 2) similar price range.
If the gt4 and spyder are driver's cars, the gt4 rs may be categorized as road-legal track cars. To this extent, I think it is fair to compare C8 Z06 with the GT4 RS. Other track-focused contenders could be 991 GT3/GT3RS, etc.
From a price perspective, An MSRP of GT4 RS (let's assume it's 150k, 10k below the 992 gt3) + 100k can probably get you a regular GT4 and a Z06, or a brand new 992 GT3 with ADM. But if the ADM is on average 30k, this will put the GT4 RS in a very interesting spot, what track cars can you get at a 180k-200k price range? 991.2 GT3s? Mclaren 600LT? AMG GTR?

Edit - I forgot they still make the Acura NSX, which is sub-$200k and very capable.
Some might argue that none of those are purist "track cars", but they are all extremely capable on any track, especially if you put track tires and better brake pads on them.

I am on a "list" for a GT3, I think I would rather have a GT3 than a GT4 RS for the money.

I have a deposit. But don't expect to hear anything until it officially launches.
I am told that numbers are going to be low.
