GT4 RS Allocation Thread

I was able to secure a GT4 RS allocation a couple of days ago. California dealership. $50k over is the best I could do. First Porsche ever for me after missing the cut on a new GT4 before it got discontinued. Waiting on PTS to open up on my build but it looks like my delivery date is in March. The markup sucks, but screw it, I keep my cars long term and will be driving this car till the wheels fall off.

Keep in mind that people who paid little or no ADM will tend to not report that here in RL.

Ultimately, buy what you like and what YOU feel is a fair price.

Agreed; great point. Sure there are a lot of people who paid ADM either directly or by essentially giving away a car on trade, but don't let the selection bias skew what may be reality. Also a lot of dealership sales people perpetuating inflated ADM here on RL and across social media into expectation / normalcy.
Ultimately, buy what you like and what YOU feel is a fair price.

ADM's are definitely a reality but there's always a story to those who got MSRP or close to it on a 4RS. I'll give you an example, someone I know just walked into a dealer and picked up a PTS 4RS for 20k off the showroom floor when another friend tried to buy the car and the dealer refused to go below 70k over. That friend who bought the car has a 600k+ purchase history from that dealer and even larger purchase history from the dealer's automotive group. Is he going to tell people that whole story when someone asks him what he paid over and his response is 20k? No. Those guys who get these cars at MSRP or close to it want to "feel good" and won't respond saying they paid an indirect ADM/trade in/have a big purchase history/etc.

Since we're in the RS allocation thread, Can you tell me where i can get an RS allocation for msrp or little ADM WITHOUT a huge purchase history/tradein bath? I don't think such dealers exist.
