No, but I did see yesterday that my local dealer has one for $259,000.

I just had a Cali store of mine text me with a November build for January delivery. They're asking 75k over but they'll work with me a bit.

If it were me personally, I'd likely agree with you that the GT4 is an incredible alternative. I'm not anywhere near being able to afford one yet so my opinion is sort of irrelevant unfortunately

I don’t understand who would buy a 4RS for almost a quarter million dollars.

There's many, almost every SoCal owner of a 4RS I've met(personally talked to about 10+) has paid 50-80k over which adds up to 230-270k depending on your build. The car compares to a 991.2 3RS which is 250k also with the Weissach Package. Only those with big relationships receive them at MSRP(2 out of those 10+ that I know). Unless all GT3's / 3RS's start dropping then the 4RS's won't drop either.

I thought the same until I saw GT3RS are going for 500k. IMO, not much else on the market that's interesting that you can actually get your hands on (because everything has a markup now) for $250k.

Dealers are willing to let them go for around 50k over but I've noticed they aren't ideal specs. Missing buckets, missing PDLS, missing PCCB's, odd color combo, etc. Anything that's truly cohesive and what I consider a great spec(*fire suit on*) is commanding a much larger premium.
