I decided to look at the UK vs Canada configurator and auto stop start is listed as standard equipment there but not in the Canadian configurator. Agreed with @Westcoast this would be a pleasant surprise and I would not miss it at all.

I think this is country/region dependent.
I am in the U.S. I had the auto start/stop button in my 718 GT4, but it was gone in my GT4 RS. Based on some video reviews I've seen of the GT4 RS in the UK, I noticed the auto start/stop button was there below the FAL button.
My assumption is that it was no longer necessary for some regions, and still required for others. I'd further guess that the same likely applies for the Spyder RS.

Personally I would prefer a GT3 RS, haven’t been able to secure an allocation 🤷♂️

Tracking an open top car, especially a fast and expensive one, is a no-go for me. I can only use an SRS as weekend fun road car.

I use the Boxster Spyder as a weekend fun car and occasionally drive it to work. It will never see the track 😝 That’s one of the reasons why I opted for the lower HP car.
As such it sounds like our use case is similar.
PS: You have nine cars compared to my four. Who is enabling who 😝

So, fair point. I'm worse. But I say again, I'm not a collector, not really even a 'car guy'. More just someone who accumulated too many cars over time.
So are you telling me that it's ok for me to get a SRS if I'm willing to sell some car(s)?
