4RS didn't feel brittle on any of my local roads.

Do you mean that VIP cars are expected to be delivered in late summer/ early fall 2023 or 2024?

yeah, why do they require WP if you do PTS? I was contemplating getting Chalk again like my GT3, but then that requires WP as well.

Been working on my build, I have everything settled except the color. I'm really torn on what color I should go with. My first choice was White (I just love white cars) then I was thinking Chalk like my GT3 & now my eyes are gravitating towards GT Silver Metallic. Looks super classy in this color.

USA Build Allocations will be distributed to dealers late summer/early fall with production starting Q1 of 2024... which equates to Spring deliveries. Hoping allocations happen when or shortly after first round of reviews hit in a week 🤞🏼.

All you guys with gt3s ought to let some crumbs slip through for the rest of us! You don’t want to be seen in the hairdresser’s RS, do you?!

Absolutely. Even a Spyder sounds different with the top up or down. That will translate into how the SRS sounds vs GT4RS. It will sound the same from the outside. From the inside, it will sound different. I would say even more different than Spyder vs GT4 given in the GT4RS you are within the same space as that engine+airbox whilst in the Spyder RS, you are still isolated from the engine, similar to the Spyder. Videos don't capture this. We will have to drive them both!

Do you think racetex dash in a convertible will hold up or would you do leather?

I agree for wheel and shifter; they can see lots of hand sweat / oils. But will the dash really be that problematic? It seems like vacuuming it with a filament head brush every blue moon would be all it would need. It's not going to see direct contact with anything, unless it won't endure direct sun exposure well. My center console is covered in race tex and it seems fine.

I just only hope they didn’t make it “too” soft; it would be great if it was halfway between the Spyder and the 4RS.
The first person who will read the numbers on the springs will know…
