Nice list. I have most of the suspension components as you, minus the lower control arms. I have the MCS 2-ways, but I had the Ohlin R/T on a previous F80 M3.

I added the 2018 version of PCCB pads and a fluid swap to Endless RT-650. The 2018 pads are much better than the 2022 versions.

THEN, I got a car wash to see the lack of brake dust that the 2018 version pads will generate.

A pair of these just arrived today. DB Carbon. Not cheap and takes forever to get here. But they are very high quality. I hope to be getting the duckbill spoiler(Spyder) soon and I may even get their CF seat backs for the Sport seats….really not cheap!!!

I saw the seatbacks, at $3k (https://shop.db-carbon-interieur.de/...s/1158SY2-0001) - I assume they take the place of the stock ones vice just being a cover?

I have no clue. It did not come with any mounting hardware or instructions. I am gonna do some research to see if it is a DIY kinda deal or just wait to gather all of the parts and then take it to someone.

I do believe that is correct. That plastic-y grey/silver back looks crappy IMO. Those things would really dress the seats up.

Any suggestions on a way to stop rust from forming on the hubs/hats? Rust Inhibitor spray? They looks so perfect now after some wire brush cleaning.

Yes, I would say some type of rust inhibitor spray, good job, what kind of wire brush did you use?

I use anti seize paste after wire brushing. Won't rust. If you run spacers you need to do this anyway.

I used a dremel with small stainless steel wire brush attachments. Works great.

Did you apply anti-seize on the hats only or the whole area that was rusted ? I assumed only on the hats was correct according the manual. I’d like to stop rust over the whole area that was rusted and not paint them just protect/prevent.
