benefit to PEC delivery is that you have a set date to look forward to. I kinda miss that. Even though it extended my delivery by about a month at least i had a specific day i could mark on the calendar.
I was able to snag a pretty good date. Exactly 4 weeks from the day ship landed in Benicia. 1-2 week processing time so only about a week or two of the car sitting in PECLA. So excited!
Waiting anxiously for that notification that it has left the port. According to TYD it said the latest it could leave was the 26th, but still nothing yet- hoping it will update the coming week, ironically enough, I will be in Stuttgart on Sunday, shame I could not arrange Euro delivery.

my car left port about 4-5 days after the final day that was estimated for it to leave on TYD. i think my original range was 6/3-6/16 but it didnt jump on a ship till about 6/20.
Euro Delivery would have been awesome had that been an option. I cant imagine how good it must be to drive your new car on some of the best roads in the world.

It's super random honestly. Some of us waited 3-4 weeks, other people were on a boat almost the next day. What has stayed consistent though is the ETA given to you on TYD. Specifically the one given to you before they stated adding date ranges.
Anyone else unable to load TYD on the browser? I know it doesnt really mean anything for me since my car is already on a ship, but i kinda like seeing where it thinks its at lol.

Maybe the added 2 months till delivery when Porsche changed how TYD presents ETA information got to me more than i thought but man, i'm literally checking everything that i can to see if the car is actually going to be here end of July beginning of August or if TYD is more accurate and telling me that i wont be able to take delivery till September.

Got an allocation for a 2025 GTS 4.0! I just ordered this past weekend and traded in my base 2022 718 Cayman. Super stoked! Got leather with guards red deviated stitching inside. Pricey, but hey, yolo. It's the dream car. I still can't believe I will be owning one of these!!
