Killing me as I'm suppose to be factory completed as of yesterday.
I had the same issue on my phone but was able to get through after refreshing multiple times on my desktop. Another option is to download the "My Porsche" app as it has a different interface. They're great a designing cars but their coders, website and overall user experience needs some help.
It appears the issue was resolved in terms of functionality (at least for me) however my milestone progression still has not updated (remains a few days behind). But I suppose that's par for the course. Cheers.

Same... The last update my Spyder moved up 2 days early. Now I'm 2 days past my last targeted milestone. So who knows. Maybe we will be pleasantly surprised to find out that TYD was just delayed with actual progress? Haha.
They seem to have found center caps for me and my car is now waiting at the port in Emden. Woohoo!!
Do they use the car's GPS and communication stuff to get the location? When it changed to "released for transport" it was still showing as in Stuttgart but a day later shows it's traveled to Emden. Does it actually show progress in the ocean once it's on a boat or does it go straight from Emden to the destination port?

I tracked the ship with a 3rd party app. The route was completely different to what TDY showed (which is a generic depiction route). The app I used showed the car arriving at the US port 2 days before TYD showed it arriving too...
TYD is not an accurate or live feed of the status. It's re-active and it's just a guide. Add the fact that it's a long, slow process, and the fact that our dealer SA's have just as little insight, makes it excruciating at times for those anxious and excited people like us. All first world problems of course.
Siem Aristotle is due in Davisville tomorrow! Anyone have insight on how long it typically takes to go from port to a dealer in New Jersey? Are we talking days or weeks?
