Yeah my GT4 experienced the same thing. It sat at Emden for an extra month for an unexplained reason. This was also back in 2022 which I think there were a lot of dock strikes going on around the world so that might have affected it. Seems like a lot of people have been seeing little to no delays of shipping this year so crossing my fingers that's actually true.

In the last two weeks my Boxster GTS 4.0 build slipped from a late July completion with a late September delivery to a late August completion and early December delivery - is this sort of slide normal? I live on the East coast and opted for the LA PEC delivery thinking I would enjoy the epic road trip back, but it won't be nearly as fun if I have to face winter conditions during my planned Colorado visit.

My BGTS 4.0 was supposed to be a mid July delivery and its showing as of today mid October. For reference production started on it late last month and show it's completing last week of June now. I'm hoping to get some more info from my SA to the accuracy of this TYD update.

Everyone has been seeing massive date changes. I originally went from a July 23rd delivery to a October 3rd delivery but a week ago it updated to a June 29th delivery to a September 4th delivery. A lot of people are expecting roughly the same delivery date as we think this might either be a systematic error or Porsche is just choosing to show us the estimated range. There's a chance you might still have your original estimated delivery date.

That being said maybe talk to your dealership about the delivery time. When I got my GT4 I also did PECLA delivery however because so many people like to do it, I couldn't get a time slot until about a.month after my car had already arrived at the center. Car hit LA in December 12th and I didn't get to pick it up till Jan 13th. So keep that in mind. Even if you did get a late September delivery, there's a chance you won't even get a time slot till October or even November.

Fortunately, I was able to dodge all others in Germany, Switzerland (where Waze is not allowed to show speed cameras), Austria, and Italy....

Enjoy the trip and good luck in avoiding the speed traps!
Quick update on my ticket. I reached out to them by email and it looks like they cancelled the ticket.

In German: "Durch Einstellung des Verfahrens muss das Verwarngeld nicht gezahlt werden"

Looks like only a few vehicle carriers this week. But in the same "boat" as you and hoping it gets on one this week.

Anyone here have their car waiting at Jacksonville Port? Mine arrived on Lake Taupo ship on June 4th and curious how long it will take to leave port.

For those who recently got their Porsches, how long did yours sit at US port?

My SRS was delivered to Chattanooga this afternoon so they seem to be leaving port pretty quickly. Was on the same boat.

How do you know ? My Porsche status just says on it's way to authorized dealer since the 4th of June.

The dealership sent me a picture a few minutes after it was off the truck. Not sure which dealer yours needs to go to, but it could take a little longer. Hopefully there are no other issues delaying your delivery. The status also changed this morning to show the car is in final prep stages for delivery.
