I'm going to Jacksonville too, supposed to arrive there on 8/26. When someone previously posted a shipping schedule, the ship I thought I might be on was going to leave Emden, and make stops at Halifax, Baltimore and Jacksonville before going on to Houston I believe. So not quite circumnavigating, at least we're not on the other side of the Panama Canal!

OK, now I'm worried. The My Porsche app no longer shows my BGTS, it just has my current Cayenne. No umbrella man, no TYD, NOTHING. The previous status in TYD was at port. Anyone else having issues?

I think we're seeing the effects of production coming to an end. From what I hear there were very few allocations given out during the May/June period and we've been hearing rumors that there won't be anymore allocations in many parts of the world. And then add in that not all who ordered a Porsche are going to be on Rennlist.

That being said not much to update on my end either. Just patiently (not really) waiting for my lock freeze date which still has about another month. From there production is supposed to start a week later so I think that's where its gonna really pick up for me.

It's not just you - it's an app issue; this has happened multiple times. Right now, it's not properly accessible either through the phone app or via the website address. My vehicle on order has disappeared, too. Give it a few hours and it'll probably be back up and running.

Same. I might have panicked too but it seems that there's a pattern.

I need to just stop checking it. I'm in the exact same boat; freeze date reached, production not to start until first week of September.

Yeah, this just happened to me today too. Only my existing Porsche is showing, and not upcoming 718 Spyder build. Trying not to worry, but... It seems like this happens according to these posts.

My Spyder disappeared about 2 weeks ago. My SA assured me it’s sitting in a holding facility for my ED in September. They have a way of locating it. If it will make you feel better drop them a line. It certainly made me feel better.

Same here from the MyPorsche App. On my PC with the original TYD link I bookmarked from Porsche's welcome email I got at the beginning of this process, I can still go directly to TYD and see my current status, still estimated to arrive at Emden on Friday, 7/29, CP8.0 and departed for Emden still actual 7/26!

still having issues with my app too. But I used the link that I got in my initial email from Porsche, and that worked. I can see my build again. The App seems buggy.

My BGTS V300 code is supposed to be 29/7. So I guess the summer holiday will start next week on 1st Aug and end on Fri 26th Aug. Hope they manage to finish my car before the summer holiday, can't bear to wait for the car for an extra month!

So some news your SAs should have access to via their portals:

• There is a TPMS parts shortage which means some completed 718s could be port held at the source or destination (port or dealer) until those parts can be fitted with TPMS. ETA for the parts is Late September/October. Cars affected will have 3326 Stop Delivery in PVMS.
• As of 7/22, 911s are undergoing additional quality checks as they progress down the production line which means slower build times for 911s, and slower build times for 718s since they’re built on the same line.
