WOO HOO! Hopefully we are ship mates and the dates do not slip too far! I expect them to slip, pretty sure they take their summer break at the end of July unfortunately. My experience with PNH has been excellent so far as usual.

CARB approval in addition if you’re in one of those states.

Good point, any idea on how to track that? Quick google search shows this but I have no idea of the numbers listed, what I am reading, lol.

After a relatively short stint in the waiting room, I've taken delivery! Compared to the 2017 718 cayman s I had previously, the GTS is WILDLY more fun to drive just due to the noise and the way it makes its torque. Already put 200 miles on it and will be doing many many more, hopefully including some track days in the near-distant future!

Fwiw, you can't order PCCB right now on a gt4 anyway with the current stop-sale - Was really wanting to spec them on my spyder

Are you sure about that? I thought GT cars were exempt from the PCCB stop-order.

Here's the current list of 2023 certified Porsches from https://www.epa.gov/system/files/doc...4-present.xlsx - 911 and Cayman have not been certified yet.

Weird, I didn't know that. The dealership was able to add it to my Gt3 build on his computer but that's a long way from being built if ever!

So does this mean my car is going to sit at the port waiting for certification?

This is as of May 2022 which is the latest published table so there's still plenty of time for the certification to happen before August/September.

FWIW, I was also told that I couldn't add them into my scheduled build slot, locking tomorrow.

Yeah, it doesnt pertain to every porsche model - They're still speccable on the turbo s models I believe. But I'm pretty sure the Gt3 is also part of the stop-sale/PCCB delay. See this thread here with others having the issue:

Wow, I have them spec'd on my 23 Spyder so hopefully they stay. If they can not fulfill with PCCB's I might have to rethink the whole thing, it was on my must have list.
I ordered back in May and locked 7/1.

I did see on the 718 forum that a couple of guys appear to have gotten production photos recently that had them on their cars, so fingers crossed!

Hmm, I checked with my dealer a little over a week ago and he was still telling me they can't be added... I lock in 2 weeks so I will check with him again before then. Weird (and awesome) that you were able to spec them though
