It has slipped a few times (most recently last week when it went from 3/24 lock to 3/31 lock and 6/10 delivery to 6/17 delivery the day it hit the freeze point), but is now locked and hasn't changed delivery date... yet.... I see they expect 2 weeks from arrival in port (RI) to appearing at dealer (NY) - anyone have any experience if that is normal or if I can be hopeful it might appear earlier? As long as I'm not on Adrift's ship I should be ok (and hoping Adrift receives their car before I do!!)
After cruising up and down the coast doing 1-4 kts with an expected arrival date to Emden of April 1, Glovis Supreme is now at anchor with an expected date in Emden of April 3rd. Perhaps that will be my boat, after all.
Finally!! Car is at Emden waiting to get transported. It looks incredible (and I got PS4S!). I can’t wait to take delivery. It was built and passed CP8 on March 23rd, for anyone that’s curious.

The toughest part was tyd waited until the day I was supposed to go CP8 to tell me…”nah…3 more weeks, b!tch”. The car, pushed over into a corner, waiting on PCCBs, probably. Some 4rs vip probably got reallocated mine.

Should be well quicker than 2 weeks. MY car spent a 2 days at port in RI(was not on first transport to dealer) at Dealer in Greenwich 3rd day one day PDI. So 4 days total from port to delivery.
Congratulations!! That's a BEAUTIFULLY configured Spyder! Enjoy it! And congratulations for getting PCCB's. I've been told by my CBA that I've got to change my Spyder order from PCCB's to steel brakes as the PCCB's are no longer available. Can you please elaborate regarding your comment on PCCB's and the state of California? Are PCCB's available on ANY new Porsches now?

As far as I know, the PS4S or the Pirelli P Zero are the standard for the GTS 4.0 - at least in the US. I didn't select any options for tires - just selected the wheels and that was it. I was actually hoping for the PS4S over the Pirelli's so I'm happy. I personally wouldn't want Cup 2s since this will likely be my new DD for a while (wife taking over the M340).

Also my first ever Porsche… I’ve driven a 996 GT3 RS at a track experience, used to ride around in my best friend’s dad’s late 80s 911, and I’ve sat in a couple of 718s but I’ve never even driven a 718. Ordered the Spyder just based on all the reviews and endless YouTube binging lol.
Dang! I love that color. So many ways to configure that color combo. I forget. PCCB's? Or steels with black calipers?
Steels with Black calipers. I plan on tracking it so I didn't want to pay for something that I would immediately buy rotors for. SMMP is nothing but desert dirt/sand if you go off. The penalty of scratching a rotor or pelting them with rocks is very real.
