Killing me. I am finally in production and I get this all day today on TYD. How can I check my progress every 10 minutes if the service is down. Are other folks getting the same message?

"Working" on my end (as well as it ever did, which isn't great). But no "service unavailable" messages.
My freeze date is in a couple weeks and I still have not received a TYD email yet. I have called PCNA a couple of times as well as asked my SA. He informed me that they will automatically be sent out when you get within a certain time of your production date and I know im close enough at this point. I've confirmed with PCNA that my email is correct. Not sure why I still have not gotten anything for TYD yet
for whatever it’s worth: I received my TYD email as soon as the dealer and I signed the paperwork confirming the deal, months before any freezing point. In fact my freezing point is still ~ 3 months away…
the email invite should look like below. Once you access the tool it let you also see all the options and vehicle configuration, which allows you to ensure it reflects the agreed upon spec.

yeah it's the strangest thing. We did a sales deal and everything and i even have screen shots from PSVMS showing my dates for all the steps through production as well as the box showing my name and customer information that the allocation/commission number is assigned to me in the system. So i guess just keep bugging PCNA? my SA made it seem like there was nothing on his end he could do?
