Same..just ignore it. Next week it'll probably go back to what it was yesterday. I know TYD is meant to be helpful and fun but it is anything but. Also, I'm not sure I understand the point of a moving freeze date, seems freeze should be a standard 60-90-XX days from allocation.

Technically i'm not in the waiting room quite yet, however i have a guaranteed allocation coming up for me in May (dealership is getting 2 then and i'm second in line), so i kinda consider myself in a similar boat haha. or maybe i'm rowing out to the waiting boat. Either way i know my car is still at least 6 months out and each day cant go by fast enough.

Best of luck to you. I was supposedly 1st in line for over 5 months for an MSRP allocation. Dealer said I would have one in December. Didn't arrive until much later. Finally had one fall out of the sky due to I believe someone dropping out. No guarantees in this game. The Dealership is guessing on how many they will get. Get in line, and see what pops out. Or get on multiple lists and be ready to pay extra.

It now has my order date set at today. Not possible. My V200 was on 2/4. So TYD is all wrong. Not reliable at all. Have.... to .... stop... looking... at .... it.....

Dont be too sure as i was told i am 1st in line when i put in my deposit in Nov and now i am 4th in line. I think being a first time porsche buyer i may keep falling back if some preferred / regular customers place their orders

thats just them going in and messing with dates. The first time mine moved I noticed that, then figured it out every time a date shifted my order date changed.

Well, poop. Freeze Date moving out 12 days did indeed presage a now two week slip of delivery, from 5/6 to 5/20. Maybe it’ll bounce back.

Well, looks like I’m more officially in the waiting room now. After the above delay just spotted an update that it’s already completed production and is in transit to port. Now due mid-April. Great news.

(Also just saw the message for the first time on the felicity ace. Glad to hear crew is okay, hope no one here is affected.)

Exciting times! Congrats! Now go and find a Ship Tracker app to follow its progress out of Embden and down through the English Channel. Super fun.

Felicity Ace brought my GT4 in early November 2021. So sad for those with cars on the boat. Nothing in life is certain.

When my car came over in January, TYD started showing a location that matched MarineTraffic midway through the voyage. Not sure a ship tracker is necessary anymore.

Hey @nobbyv and @Alpha Ice (or your friend), since this impacts multiple models and threads were scattered across the forums, I made a tracker thread in General to track those of us impacted and share the dealer/Porsche's response. I encourage you to post your info there: https://rennlist.com/forums/general-...ship-fire.html.
