One of the options I stressed most about after car colour, was wheel colour. Some comments I had read in here really had me second guessing myself, until delivery day, and I couldn't be happier for going with silver.
I stressed about it too and went all black. I have a GTS, not a GT4 so different rims. The silver looks fantastic.
Pic at top is a local road here in Bucks County. Middle pic is visiting a friend in MD. Bottom pic is 1/2 my garage security team. (the other half is a ninja turtle)
A couple of shots from a training session two weeks ago at the Norschleife - by coincidence, out of the five cars in the group, three were 4-litre Caymans - my GTS, a GT4, and a GT4 RS, as you can see from the 2nd photo.
Just got the car back from getting window tint and full PPF with ghost stripes. (Thanks, @Bearrun21 for the idea! Remember, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery! )

Love it. Have been playing with the idea of the ghost stripes for a while.
I’ll switch up interiors, if they offer something else, but right now choices are very limited.
I want pccb and I want color in the interior. Limited choices. I thought the gold helped harmonize the yellow calipers. They seem to stand out even more with alum wheels.

What I would do is do yellow seat belts and door pulls and then get some inserts with a blue and yellow and black colour scheme in them. What P1 calls Tartan! Then leave the grey stitching….as much as I would love to have it yellow! But blue, red, yellow, and gold doesn’t work….IMO

Those are some excellent suggestions! I'm still holding out hope that by the time the US can order more options will be on the table, but the mix and match plan has real potential!
