Picked up our shark blue 2024 GT3 from the Porsche Experience Center in Los Angleles last week. This car has the body color interior trim and a black carbon fiber roof and neodyme spyder wheels.
If you want some great pics of your car try under the lights in a large mall parking lot/- this video shows the unveiling after six months of waiting.

This is my community service for those who are thinking about striping their shark blue cars. For me, jury is still out there. I am not sure if I truly like it or not. Here is your chance to see how Martini decals look on a shark.

I think it is time for the black wheel fad to drift into automotive history. Just my opinion but then my real preference is chrome wheels but I was in high school in the late 60’s and Cragar mags separated the cool guys from the not so cool and the car they were on really did not matter.

Cragar S/S wheels rule. That being said, I've grown attached to the black rims on my CGTS, they make the car look mean. Plus, they are a factory mistake, so that's cool too.

But still, I wonder what a set of S/S's would look like ... 🙂

I am from a different era - and I appreciate that black wheels are the Cat’s Meow for the younger sports car sports car owners. Even my daughter was thrilled with the black wheels on her Kia SUV.

If you love the look that is all that matters.

Dang, those neodyme's really pop. The configurator makes them seem the muted choice, but doesn't look like it there!

The neodyme wheels are a matte gold but I like the way they look with the shark blue paint - next I need to get my livery decals on the car that will have gold and blue accents. The pics with the livery are mock-ups - not real photos- but hopefully within a week the front ppf will be installed and then the decals. Guess this car will fly into the radar…
