Let’s hope this is the start of some momentum that gets us all our cars soon!

I completed it and it’s a generic survey about the various luxury cars and how you rate them. There is only one comment section.

Wee update from Scotland, after lots of complaining and now 4 cancelled promises from the dealer (and my PPF bookings) they have committed to my car being ready on the 24th July (when I’m away on holiday)!

Rebuild started on the 1st July so that’s 24 days for a rebuild that should take 40 hours.

I told family and friends “I bet the next excuse is Covid”

Yes Covid is the latest excuse so at least they are committed to 24th July (when I’m away on holiday)

Just came back from my dealer..
One engine received and installed in a green GT4 in Laval, Quebec (which unfortunately is not mine). V300 was 27 of July.
Mine expected date is in August but i hope it will arrive sooner!

It started to move, that's positive

I used to go to Laval once a month for about 4 years. Nice place.

Let me see if I understand this. There was a car that had a V300 date of 27th of July that was (1) at the dealer, (2) subject to the stop sale, and (3) got a replacement engine. That doesn’t make any sense at all. I’m sure I’m reading what you wrote incorrectly. Can you clarify?

That’s a relief. If they have separate production and delivery codes for replacement engines we’re doomed.

Contacted dealer yesterday based on indications of another batch of engines being released. Response was that they still have no indication of arrival date for it and no estimated repair timing. My V300 was 1/29/21. (Hope officially crushed.)

My sympathies for those Europeans affected by the recent flooding. Has anyone given consideration to how the flooding in western Germany may affect engine deliveries? Thankfully, it looks like Stuttgart and the surrounding region (Zuffenhausen) were spared; but I wouldn't be surprised if suppliers are affected or other issues create additional delays for engine delivery for those that haven't already shipped.

It’s officially mid-July. I haven’t received news yet regarding the conrods. Any news from your SA?
